Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in the above-styled cause on October 20, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, the Clerk of Orange County will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:

Lot 1, BALDWIN'S GROVE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 51, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
ALSO: A portion of Tract “C” of Baldwin's Grove, as recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 51, of the Public records of Orange County, Florida.
Being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Southerly most corner of said Tract “C;” thence North 00 degrees 05' 29” East along the Westerly line of Tract “C” and the Easterly line of Lot 1 of said BALDWIN'S GROVE, a distance of 35.44 feet; thence departing the said Westerly line of Tract “C” South 89 degrees 54' 31” East a distance of 8.28 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of North Lake Sybelia Drive; thence from a radial bearing of South 63 degrees 36' 37” East through a central angel of 25 degrees 17' 54”, Southwesterly along the arc of a circular concave Easterly having a radius of 80.00 feet and along the said Westerly right-of-way line a distance of 36.72 feet to the Point of Beginning.
The street address of which is 1261 N. Lake Sybelia Drive, Maitland, Florida 32751.
at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on December 6, 2016 , at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
