Final Judgment was awarded on October 24, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-004873-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2007-HE1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DAVID W. HURST A/K/A DAVID WARNER HURST A/K/A DAVID WARNER HURST SR A/K/A DAVID W. HURST SR, DECEASED; SUE VAUGHT-HURST A/K/A LENNETTE SUE VAUGHT A/K/A LENNETTE SUE HURST;RG HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITY OF ORLANDO; THE TOWNHOUSES OF ROSEMONT GREEN II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; DAVID WARNER HURST JR; SUZANNE BOOHER; ELIZABETH G. HURST A/K/A ELISABETH G. HURST; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on November 23, 2016 at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 135, THE TOWNHOUSES OF ROSEMONT GREEN, II A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3024, PAGE 1550, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
