Widow, heirs, grantees, , and any and all persons or entities having or claiming by, through, under, or against them, and any and all persons claiming any right, title, interest, claim, lien, estate of demand against the Defendant in regards to the following-described real property in Charlotte County, Florida:

Notice is hereby given to you that an action has been filed against you for unlawful detainer , and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on Robert W. Segur, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1460 S. McCall Road, Suite 2-E, Englewood, Florida 34223 on or before Dec 2, 2016 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
