Lot 80, of SUNCOAST LAKES, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 9A-9J, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon MANKIN LAW GROUP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 2535 Landmark Drive, Suite 212, Clearwater, FL 33761, within thirty (30) Dec 8, 2016 days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
