NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 11-2013-CA-001423-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and SHIRLEY A. SKUFCA, TRUSTEE OF THE SKUFCA FAMILY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE, TRUSTEE OF THE SKUFCA FAMILY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST; MONTE CARLO CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC.; SHIRLEY A. SKUFCA; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES THE SKUFCA FAMILY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, UAD are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 am in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on 21st day of November, 2016 on, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT B-302, OF MONTE CARLO CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1365, PAGES 1296 THROUGH 1354, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH PARKING SPACE NO. 85, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
