NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2012, and entered in 53-2011CA-003546 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC. ASSET BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES ARS1 2006-M3 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 2006 is the Plaintiff and JUAN PABLO ARGUELLO; MARISOL N. ARIAS; RIDGEWOOD LAKES MASTER ASSOCATION INC.; RIDGEWOOD POINTE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; ARGENT MORTGAGE COMPANY LLC are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 23, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
