Breuer, 2189 GGC, LLC, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Unknown Tenant #1 NKA Dylan Opper, Unknown Tenant #2 NKA Jeannie Marquist, Vista At Heritage Bay Commons Association, Inc., Vista Townhomes At Heritage Bay Association, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 21 day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
