MARGARET STOVICH

TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVE ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of Margaret Stovich, deceased, File Number 11-2016-CP-001887-0001-XX, by the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite #102, Naples, FL 34112; that the decedent's date of death was April 3, 2016; that the total value of the estate is $3,796.52 and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
1. There be immediate distribution of the assets of the decedent to Lance M. McKinney as trustee who will then pay Osterhout & McKinney, P.A. $2,984.00 representing attorneys fees and costs. The assets remaining after that payment will then be paid pro rata among all creditors. Any assets remaining after all creditors have been paid will be distributed equally to Sharon Camp and Lynne Spector.
2. Those to whom specified parts of the decedent's estate are assigned by this order shall be entitled to receive and collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce the right.
3. Debtors of the decedent, those holding property of the decedent, and those with whom securities or other property of decedent are registered, are authorized and directed to comply with this order by paying, delivering, or transferring to the beneficiaries specified above the parts of the decedent's estate distributed to them by this order, and the persons so paying, delivering, or transferring shall not be accountable to anyone else for the property.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the estate of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent other than those for whom provision for full payment was made in the Order of Summary Administration must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702. ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER APPLICABLE TIME PERIOD, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
