NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claims of Lien, which are dated February 10, 2012 and was recorded April 11, 2012, the Claims of Lien which are dated March 1, 2014 and recorded May 9, 2014, the Claims of Lien which are dated January 22, 2013 and recorded March 19, 2013, the Claims of Lien which are dated February 1, 2015 and recorded on March 10, 2015, the Claim of Lien dated August 1, 2016 and recorded August 9, 2016 all in the Official Records of Lee County, Florida, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at SUNRISE BAY RESORT AND CLUB RESORT Manager's Office, 10 Tampa Place, Marco Island, FL 34145 on the 29th day of December, 2016, at 11:30 a.m., the following described real property located in Collier County, Florida, to-wit::
