NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 27, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2016-CA-002628 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County,Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on the 28 day of November, 2016 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 24 and 25, Block 5, Unit No. 1 Fort Myers Shores, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Pages 151 through 154, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
