NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgement of Foreclosure dated OCT 27, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 16-CA-001512 of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with section §45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of November, 2016, by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot(s) 19, Block 11, UNIT 3, SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, according to the Plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 83. Said lands situate, lying and being in Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
