NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 27, 2016, entered in Case No. 15-CA-050907 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Argent Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-M2 is the Plaintiff and Deana Cook; Christopher Cook are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 28th day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 89, EDGEWATER GARDENS, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
