NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2016, entered in Case No. 16-CA-000765 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Park Place Securities, Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-WWF1 is the Plaintiff and Melissa Dibiasi a/k/a Melissa R Dibiasi; The Unknown Spouse of Melissa Dibiasi a/k/a Melissa R Dibiasi; United Guaranty Residential Insurance Company of North Carolina are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on March 27, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK 4988, CAPE CORAL UNIT 73, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 27-40, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
