NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050529 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT EDWARD FLANNERY A/K/A ROBERT FLANNERY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT EDWARDS FALNNERY A/K/A ROBERT FLANNERY N/K/A DIANA FLANNERY; GATEWAY GREENS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; EAST COAST RECOVERY, INC.; UNIFUND CCR PARTNERS; UNKNOWN TENANT# 1 N/K/A LISA FLANNERY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A BRANDI FLANNERY, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 22 day of February, 2017, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK B, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOW AS GATEWAY PHASE 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN PLAT BOOK 43, AT PAGE(S) 67-73.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
