NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 16-CA-002394 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and NANCY C. STEUBER; BLAKE STEUBER; SRT HOLDINGS FLORIDA POOL 2, LLC; USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; FORT MYERS SHORES CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 30 day of November, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 37.5 FEET OF LOT 7 AND THE SOUTH 37.5 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 87, FORT MYERS SHORES, UNIT 5, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, AT PAGES 66 THROUGH 70, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
