NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2016 entered in Case No. 16-CA-000068 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC is the Plaintiff and Jeffrey L. Collier; Unknown Spouse of Jeffrey L. Collier; Carol J. Dale; Unknown Spouse of Carol J. Dale are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the January 30, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 103, BLOCK 1, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS RIVER OAKS, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE TO THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 12, AT PAGES 133 AND 134 AND LOT 102 OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS RIVER OAKS, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE TO THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 32, AT PAGES 141 AND 142.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
