NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2016 entered in Case No. 16-CA-002181 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-RS2 is the Plaintiff and Rene E. Jackson; Unknown Spouse of Rene E. Jackson; Nathan E. Beale; Unknown Spouse of Nathan E. Beale; United States of America, Department of the Treasury-Internal Revenue Service are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on November 28, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 39 AND 40, BLOCK 5132, UNIT 80, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 140 THROUGH 159, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
