HOLDERBAUM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NANCY J. HOLDERBAUM; COUNTRY LAKES OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on December 28, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 84, UNIT 1, COUNTRY LAKES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 12, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THAT CERTAIN 1985 PALM TRAILERS MOBILE HOME WITH VIN NUMBERS PH062028A AND PH062028B.
