NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 31, 2016 in Case No. 16-CA-002604 in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein STONEYBROOK, A GOLF COURSE COMMUNITY OF FORT MYERS, INC. a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and SEAN ZOLA, et al, is the Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on November 30, 2016. Foreclosure Auctions will be held online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 65, BLOCK HH, STONEYBROOK ACCODING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, PAGES 1-50, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
More commonly known as: 21600 WINDHAM RUN, ESTERO, FL 33928.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
