NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28 day of October, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050933, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF NRZ PASS-THROUGH TRUST VI, is the Plaintiff and ADILSON SOUZA; SUMMERLIN WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATION; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 1 day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 7, BUILDING 103, SUMMERLIN WOODS CONDOMINIUM NO 1, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1804, PAGE 1259, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
