NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28 day of October, 2016, and entered in Case No.16-CA-001820, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and ROBERT DUCHENE A/K/A ROBERT R. DUCHENE A/K/A ROBERT R. DUCHENE JR; JEANNA DUCHENE A/K/A JEANNA M. DUCHENE A/K/A JEANNE M. DUCHENE; and HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC; are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 27 day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
