NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 28, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-051371 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County,Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 1 day of December, 2016 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Unit B, Building 14, Kings Greens at Majestic, Phase II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Record Book 3945, Page 2194, and as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
