NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 28, 2016, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1 day of December, 2016 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lots 3 and 4, Block 4929, Cape Coral Subdivision Unit 74, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 22, Pages 111 through 131, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
