NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 16-CA-001060 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, THE SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, IN ITS CAPACITY AS TRUSTEE FOR THORNBURG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2007-4, Plaintiff, and TANYA B. MILLER; POINTE SANTO DE SANIBEL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.;, are Defendants.

A-27, OF POINTE SANTO DE SANIBEL CONDOMINIUM II, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1192, PAGE 1788 THROUGH 1841, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA , AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGE 28, AND AS AMENDED, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
