NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2016, and entered in Case No. 36-2016-CA-002002 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee for Banc of America Alternative Loan Trust 2006-1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and J. Rene Connors a/k/a Jacqueline R. Connors; Lawrence M. Connors; Pinewood Condominium of Lehigh Acres, Inc., are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 28 day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 7, TRACT NO. J, IN PINEWOOD CONDOMINIUM OF LEHIGH ACRES, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1012, PAGE 373, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
