NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2016 , and entered in 15-CA-050171 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF HARRY J. CHASE A/K/A HARRY CHASE, DECEASED; CAROLYN CHASE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROLYN CHASE; FOXMOOR LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
