NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-051703 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein METLIFE HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF METLIFE BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and JENNIFER L. FERRI, is Defendant(s).
Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., at www.lee.realforeclose.com on November 18, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15 AND 16, BLOCK 3255, UNIT 66, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 2 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
This Notice of Sale shall be published for two (2) consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
