UNIT A, OF BUILDING 130, PARADISE POINTE WEST GROUP NO. 4, A/K/A POINTE WEST GROUP NO. 4, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 19, 20 AND 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN O.R. BOOK 700, PAGES 319-416, AND AMENDMENTS FILED IN O.R. BOOK 708, PAGES 343-353, AND O.R. BOOK 750, PAGES 955-961, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WILL AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND AN INTEREST IN THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS, IF ANY, APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT.

Lauderdale, FL. 33309, within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication on or before 12/5/16, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
