Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the In Rem Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on October 26, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the office of Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
