NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 26, 2016 in Civil Case No. 58-2016-CA-000933-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein CENLAR FSB is Plaintiff and STEFAN GERNAGA, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 30TH day of November, 2016 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEING A PORTION OF LOTS 23 AND 24, BLOCK G, OF THE REVISED PLAT OF POINSETTIA PARK SUBDIVISION, AS PER THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 180 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 24, BLOCK G, OF SAID REVISED PLAT OF POINSETTIA PARK SUBDIVISION; THENCE N0°00`27”E ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 24 A DISTANCE OF 81.35 FEET; THENCE N89°32`12”E, 109.00 FEET TO INTERSECT THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF MACKEREL AVE. (50 FOOT R/W BRYANT STREET PLAT); THENCE S0°00`27”W ALONG THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SAID MACKEREL AVE., 81.37 feet; THENCE S89°31`35”W ALONG THE NORTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF 15TH STREET (60 FOOT R/W FORREST AVENUE PLAT), 109.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS RIGHT OF WAY FOR SAID MACKEREL AVE. AND 15TH STREET. ALSO DESCRIBED AS: LOTS 23 AND 24, LESS THE NORTHERLY 50 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK G, THE REVISED PLAT OF POINSETTIA PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 180, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
