NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 26th day of October 2016, in Civil Action No. 2016-CA-000848-NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in which ENRIQUE NAVAS a/k/a HENRY NAVAS, Individually and as Trustee of the Ankara Living Trust UTD November 15, 2005, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ENRIQUE NAVAS a/k/a HENRY NAVAS, BENEVA VILLAGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, AMSOUTH RETIREMENT SERVICES, INC., a dissolved Florida corporation f/k/a RETIREMENT ACCOUNTS, INC., ANGELO INGORVAIA, and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants, IBERIABANK, a Louisiana banking corporation, as successor in interest to CENTURY BANK, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court, Sarasota County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 1st day of December, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. by electronica sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Sarasota, Florida:
Unit 501, Beneva Village, Section Two, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1031, Page 978, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
