Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on April 16, 2015, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on October 26, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the office of Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 22, RIVENDELL, UNIT 3-C, THE WOODLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE(S) 40 and 40A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on November 30, 2016, beginning at 09:00 AM.
