GERI LYNN NEUWAR, and any and all unknown parties, if alive, or if dead, their unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors and all other parties claiming by, through, under or against them,
Defendants.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment/Order of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-01851 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein RANDALL TOPJUN and NANCY J. SHOEMAKER, Plaintiffs, and GERI LYNN NEUWAR, and any and all known parties are Defendants. I will sell the following property located in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lots 17290 and 17292, SOUTH VENICE, Unit 65, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 44, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby in the Sarasota County Courthouse in the City of Sarasota, Florida, (via Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com) at 9:00 A.M on November 30, 2016. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
