NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015 CA 000867 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF PAUL K. BOWER; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARK S. SHELDON; CHRIS SHELDON A/K/A CHRISTOPHER STEPHEN SHELDON A/K/A CHRISTOPHER S. SHELDON; SARAH CATHLENE SHELDON A/K/A SARAH C. SHELDON; CITY OF NORTH PORT, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALLEN PUORRO; SARAH CHRISTINE BOWER; MARK EDMUND BOWER; GLEN PATRICK BOWER, are defendants. Karen Rushing, Clerk of Court for SARASOTA, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 30th day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK 106, 7TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
