Milam, Federation of Kings Point Associations, Inc., fka The Federataion of Kings Point Condominiums, Inc., Highgate III Condominium Association. Inc., Sun City Center West Master Association, Inc. fka Kings Point West Condominium, Inc., United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Vernon G. Milam, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 29th of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
