NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015-CA-006122, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BLUE INVESTMENT GROUP LLC, is the Plaintiff, and TRACY L. THOMAS, et al., are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale at https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on November 29, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 305, PHASE NO. 3, RIVER OAKS-CONDOMINIUM III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3875, PAGE 209, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS THERETO, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 43, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
