NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 25, 2016 in Civil Case No. 29-2016-CA-003533 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein PLANET HOME LENDING, LLC is Plaintiff and DARLA TANNER A/K/A DARLA DENISE TANNER, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29TH day of November, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The South 221.5 feet of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 31, Township 27 South, Range 21 East, LESS the East 297.0 feet thereof, lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Together with an easement over the following described property: The West 7 1/2 feet of the North 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 31, Township 27 South, Range 21 East, LESS the South 221.5 feet thereof and LESS the North 30 feet thereof for road right of way, Hillsborough County, Florida
AND
The East 7 1/2 feet of the North 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 31, Township 27 South, Range 21 East, LESS the South 221.5 feet thereof and LESS the North 30 feet thereof.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
