NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-004158, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and DANE M. JONES; KIMBERLY JONES; RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM III ASSOCIATION, INC.; RIVER OAKS RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 28th day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 104, BUILDING 1, RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM III, PHASE I, BY DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3875, PAGE 209, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
