NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-003794 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and Angela Budworth a/k/a Angela M. Budworth, Phillip Budworth, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
