Cuevo-Araque, As Trustee Under Trust No. 2829 Dated 6/19/2008, Adriana P Strominger, Joel Finnegan, Regions Bank F/K/A Amsouth Bank, Unknown Tenant in Possession of the Subject Property, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
