NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 01, 2015, and entered in 15-CA-004134 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-OPT4, ASSET BACKED PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT4 is the Plaintiff and MICHELLE ARAGONA; MICHAEL ARAGONA AKA MICHAEL A. ARAGONA; OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 28, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
