NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of In Rem Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-006678 CI -21 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and JERRY D. PRINCE, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 29th day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The Westerly 60.00 Feet of lots 2 and 3, less the northerly 15.00 of Lot 2, block 3, Gnuoy Park, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in plat book 14, page 60, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
