YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title on the following described property:
LOT 17, BLOCK “H”, LAKEVIEW HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 5 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to file a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on McCalla Raymer Pierce, LLC, Eric Magoon, Esq., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 225 East Robinson Street, Suite 155, Orlando, FL 32801 on or before 12/02/2016, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer (Pinellas) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demand in the quiet title complaint.
