NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17, 2016, and entered in U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUST ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE CSMC MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-7C2, is the Plaintiff and JUAN REY is the Defendant, Tiffany Moore Russell, Circuit Clerk of Orange County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on December 13, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 89, TEALWOOD COVE FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 27, OF HE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. (the “Property)
The Property address is a/k/a 8677 Hillside Dr., Orlando, FL 32810.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
