NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale and to Disburse From Registry dated November 4, 2016 entered in Civil Case No.: 2015-CC-014164-O of the County Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, Foreclosure Sale will be held online via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com pursuant to Judgment or Order of the Court and Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 11:00 AM on the 6th day of December, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 103, BLDG A, LA COSTA VILLAS OF ORLANDO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 3241, PAGE 2284, AS AMENDED IN ORR BOOK 4592, PAGE 1927, IF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
More commonly known as: 5837 LA COSTA DRIVE, ORLANDO, FLORIDA 32807.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
