The West 96.5 feet of The Southwest Quarter of The Southeast Quarter of The Northwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 21 South, Range 29 East, Orange County, Florida. Less and Except Road Right-of-Ways on The North and West.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
