NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 1, 2016, in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:
LOT 11, BLOCK 309, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 16 A/K/A BURNT STORE VILLAGE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 27-A THROUGH 27-O, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 1st day of December, 2016 on-line at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
