NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-000910 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Mortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Richard Burke Rhodes a/k/a Richard B. Rhodes a/k/a Richard Rhodes are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on December 1, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
