NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 1, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16001411CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Successor Trustee to Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-HE5, is the Plaintiff and Lori Conn-Johnson, Michael Johnson, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Aegis Funding Corporation, Section 23, Property Owner's Association, Inc., are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 5th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
