LOTS 29 THRU 33, BLOCK 44, HARBOUR HEIGHTS, SECTION 2 REVISED, PART ONE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 27170 TOWNSEND TER, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33983; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on December 5, 2016 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
